Vice President, Risk & Safety
About The Position
The Vice President of Risk and Safety provides strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of ABM’s risk management, insurance, and safety programs. Reporting to the General Counsel, this executive is responsible for protecting the company’s people, assets, and financial performance through proactive risk mitigation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic collaboration across business functions. This leader drives the strategy for ABM’s insurance program including marketing the program to insurers, managing actuarial and financial inputs, and developing forecasting methodologies that improve predictability of losses and end to end ownership of the total cost of risk. The role integrates insurance, safety, and risk analytics to enhance profitability, strengthen resilience, and support ABM’s long-term growth.
