About The Position

We are seeking a Vice President of Streaming Platforms and Digital Programming to lead the strategy, development, and execution of programming across all digital, streaming, and FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) platforms. This executive is responsible for shaping the content vision, launching and operating FAST channels, optimizing audience engagement, and driving growth through innovative programming that aligns with the organization’s brand, audience targets, and business objectives. The role also oversees the technical requirements, operational workflows, and platform partnerships necessary to successfully launch and maintain FAST channel distribution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, streaming platforms, OTT distribution, or television programming.
  • Proven experience launching or managing FAST channels or ad-supported streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of connected TV ecosystems, streaming infrastructure, playout systems, and digital video distribution.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across content, technology, and sales teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with multicultural or Spanish-language media audiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the streaming and digital programming strategy for Entravision’s U.S. Media portfolio.
  • Align digital video initiatives with Entravision’s broader television, audio, and digital media brands.
  • Lead the development, launch, and management of Entravision FAST channels across major CTV and OTT distribution platforms.
  • Oversee technical infrastructure required for FAST channel operations including playout systems, scheduling platforms, metadata management, content ingest workflows, and ad insertion systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, platform partners, and vendors to ensure reliable channel delivery and platform compliance.
  • Design programming grids and scheduling strategies that maximize audience engagement and advertising inventory.
  • Curate and oversee digital-first and streaming-ready programming designed for multicultural and Hispanic audiences in the U.S.
  • Work with product and analytics teams to optimize platform performance, content discovery, and user engagement.
  • Work closely with television, radio, digital, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive cross-platform content strategy.
  • Establish scalable workflows for content distribution, platform partnerships, and channel management.
  • Build and manage a team responsible for streaming programming, FAST channel operations, and digital video initiatives.
