How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice: As the Vice President of Planning, you will lead the continuous delivery and improvement of Paula’s Choice global supply, demand, and inventory management. You will own end-to-end demand and supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory strategy, and supplier performance across global DTC, retail, and marketplace businesses. You’ll partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, IT, and Product Development leaders to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time, aligned to customer service, lead-time, quality, cost, inventory, cash, and net working capital targets. You will lead, manage, and develop a remote team of supply, demand and inventory planners and managers. Key metrics for this position include customer service, in-stock, lead-times, inventory days on hand and dollars, supplier on-time in full, SLOB/write-offs, and people engagement.
