About The Position

The Vice President – Visa Direct – Latin America & Caribbean will provide strategic leadership for Money Movement across Latin America, combining deep regional payments expertise with strong execution, regulatory credibility, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders. This role requires a leader who can balance innovation, risk, and operational excellence while building scalable, sustainable payment solutions across markets.

Requirements

12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience, ideally with an advanced degree.
12–15 years of business experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, including sales and client management.
Proven record of driving revenue growth, managing complex product portfolios, and executing multi-market strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and experience developing strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong operational acumen and experience driving process efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
