Video & Content Creation Intern
About The Position
Are you passionate about video storytelling and content creation? We’re looking for a creative Summer Video Content Intern to help produce engaging training and communication videos used by thousands of employees across our company. In this role, you’ll work with our Talent team to create short, impactful videos for our internal learning platform. You’ll collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across departments to turn ideas into engaging video content that supports employee onboarding, leadership development, safety training, company culture, and more. This internship provides hands-on experience producing real content used across a large organization and offers excellent portfolio-building opportunities.
Requirements
- Student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, or similar
- Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts
- Organized, detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple video projects
- Comfortable collaborating with professionals across departments
- Interest in learning how video can support training, leadership development, and employee engagement
Responsibilities
- Short training and communication videos used by employees across the company
- Engaging video content developed with subject matter experts to support learning and development initiatives
- Story-driven videos featuring employees and company leaders
- Micro-learning videos created from company trainings and events
- Visually engaging videos using graphics, images, b-roll, and AI video tools
- Training and onboarding videos in partnership with teams such as HR, Safety, IT, and Operations
