About The Position
WTVC is looking for a full-time Video Editor to work our weekend evening shift although other shifts are a possibility. Job responsibilities include: Editing video for daily news coverage, digital platforms and special projects Monitoring and setting up feeds from various sources Collaborating with producers, reporters, anchors and directors on video for newscasts Assisting with video archives Meeting daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. Requirements
- College degree or experience in the field
- Knowledge of nonlinear editing technology like Avid Media Composer
- Team-player who can work under tight deadlines and multitask
