Develops and sustains relationships with VIP guests. Represents the casino in a professional and respectful manner at on and off-property events. Utilizes property staff to resolve any problems to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinates all functions related to Player Development with the Director of Marketing and Player Development Manager. Implements and streamlines procedures and processes to make guests' experiences as enjoyable as possible. Assist Casino Host with issuing comps, organizing events, and general administrative duties. Participates in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting guests for VIP invitations. Provides complimentary amenities to guests who attained the necessary level of play. Facilitates effective management of marketing information throughout the department and casino. Maintains a working knowledge of the casino facility and current and upcoming events on property; advises guests and employees on events. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business. Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures, and Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
