Backed by the iconic Hard Rock brand and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Digital blends gaming, sports, and entertainment to deliver VIP moments that feel exclusive, immersive, and unforgettable. The VIP Events Manager reports directly to the Director of VIP Promotions and Events and is responsible for leading the strategy, ideation, coordination, and execution of in-person VIP events across markets. These may include marquee sporting weekends, concerts, music festivals, entertainment residencies, and property-driven hospitality experiences. This role oversees a team of event professionals and ensures every event delivers a premium, on-brand Hard Rock experience. You will own the end-to-end event lifecycle — from creative concepting and budgeting through execution and post-event evaluation — while working cross-functionally with VIP Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, and Operations teams. The position requires frequent travel and hands-on leadership at large-scale, high-visibility events.
