About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in upscale nightlife, fine dining, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Outgoing, charismatic personality with a natural ability to connect with guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with confidence in upselling and promoting VIP experiences
- Ability to remain composed and detail-oriented in high-volume environments
- Professional appearance with a polished, upscale aesthetic
- Must have availability for late nights, weekends, and peak events
Nice To Haves
- Experience with bottle service or VIP table sales
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals or guest experience metrics
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Passion for nightlife, music, and luxury hospitality
- Willingness to participate in photo and/or video content for marketing or promotional purposes on an as needed basis
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and elevated first impression for all VIP guests
- Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and drive VIP table sales and upgrades
- Drives foot traffic into the business by interacting with pedestrians and engaging the surrounding street activity.
- Manage high-value reservations, VIP sections, and table experiences with precision
- Build rapport with guests and cultivate repeat VIP clientele
- Maintain constant awareness of guest needs while identifying opportunities to elevate their experience
- Coordinate seamlessly with bottle service staff, bartenders, security, and management
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, etiquette, and discretion
- Handle high-profile or celebrity guests with professionalism and confidentiality
