Provide VIP service and amenities to premium players. Support property and marketing initiatives through guest service, telemarketing, and other tasks as assigned. Greet guests and provide information to preferred customers at the hotel or VIP services desk in person and by telephone. Stay abreast of all special events, tournaments, property features, and the like. Handle telephone inquiries Operate hotel reservation system to check guests in and out of the hotel and process payments. Access computerized slot and pit tracking systems as directed by casino marketing or other authorized management. Enter hotel reservations into computer system, analyze play and determine level of comp privileges. Prepare VIP Lounge: make coffee, stock refrigerator, monitor lounge food and beverage and notify kitchen when replenishment is needed, maintain organized and orderly work area. Assist guests with special requests. Assist with/participate in marketing events as needed. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
