To maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times and to maximize revenue. Evening availability from 3pm to 1230am Central Time including weekends is required.

Requirements

  • Requires ability to take written and verbal direction.
  • Requires ability to relate to the public and Drury team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner by creating a hospitable environment.
  • Requires attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service.
  • Requires ability to operate a computer.
  • Requires ability to use the Drury Spirit Reservation Process as described.
  • Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school.
  • Evening availability from 3pm to 1230am Central Time including weekends is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the public in a service industry is preferred.
