About The Position
For more than seven decades, our organization has proudly protected working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health coverage to members of labor unions, credit unions, and associations. We are currently seeking dedicated representatives to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll build long-term client relationships and meet families where they are most comfortable—through secure Zoom-based virtual consultations from home. Requirements
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear, professional guidance
- Basic computer proficiency for virtual consultations and documentation
- Consistent work ethic and commitment to exceptional service
- Friendly, outgoing personality that builds trust and rapport
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
