What You’ll Appreciate
Competitive Pay – Tutors earn $22.50 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. $18 (base pay) X 1.25 (paid administrative time per hour)= $22.50 per tutored hour. This is a W-2 supplemental opportunity that pays bi-weekly!
Flexible scheduling between 7 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Fully remote work with no commuting
No lesson planning required
Small tutoring groups (1:1–1:3)
Bi-weekly pay with paid administrative time included
Paid Trainings
Paid background check and fingerprinting. California tutors are required to undergo fingerprinting before they can provide tutoring services.

This is a Part-Time W-2 position up to 25 hours per week. Please note this is a supplemental income opportunity based on availability and needs. Schedules are subject to change depending on the client's needs, and hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be U.S. based
• Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Have experience or strong knowledge in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL/ELL
• Are passionate about helping students grow academically
• Are comfortable using online technology (screenshare, whiteboard, virtual tools)
• Want a part-time W-2 supplemental role (up to 25 hours per week)
• Laptop or desktop (Chrome browser recommended)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet tutoring environment
• Educational background or blank background
