About The Position

You'll own visual design and brand execution across everything external: website, landing pages, email campaigns, social, and sales materials. You'll bring product-level UI rigor and systems thinking to how Sola shows up in the world. Making sure we feel consistent, credible, and intentional as we scale. This role has meaningful ownership over how Sola looks and feels externally and will help shape how our visual and brand systems evolve as the company grows. You will also contribute to shared patterns and systems that allow Sola to move fast without sacrificing quality or consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Visual, Product, or Marketing Designer with shipped work
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, email templates, and campaign assets
  • Built or contributed to a design system used across multiple surfaces
  • Strong visual hierarchy and UI skills focused on clarity and consistency
  • Proficient in Figma & Adobe suite
  • Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility best practices
  • Can collaborate closely with engineers to ship high-fidelity work
  • Communicates clearly and presents rationale well
  • Thrives with ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship clear, high-quality visual and brand assets across web, email, social, and sales materials
  • Own the visual and brand design of the marketing website, and conversion-focused landing pages
  • Build and evolve our visual design system (typography, spacing, color, components)
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Content to translate strategy and narrative into effective visual execution
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are responsive, feasible, and implemented with high fidelity
  • Maintain a high standard of visual quality across hierarchy, clarity, accessibility, and consistency
  • Ensure brand cohesion across all channels as new campaigns and assets are launched
