Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele oriented sales
• Candidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving attitude
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty to FWRD & RVLV
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Gmail, excel, word and online navigation
• Retail experience
• Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends
• Understanding of retail metrics and terms

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership & Corporate Buying teams to bring Visual Merchandising presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Utilize effective merchandising techniques to promote sales and enhance customer experience.
• Superior organizational skills to handle many pressing priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members ongoing learning and development.
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs
