About The Position

We are seeking hands-on Visual QC Inspectors to support quality inspection of welded products in a fast-paced job shop environment. This is an active, shop-floor role requiring close collaboration with production and comfort working in a physical, industrial setting.

Requirements

• Previous quality control experience inspecting welded products
• Solid knowledge of weld quality standards and visual acceptance criteria
• Ability to perform hands-on, physical, and dirty shop work
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skill

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of welded parts and assemblies
• Verify weld quality, fit-up, and workmanship per drawings and specifications
• Identify, document, and communicate defects or nonconformances to production
• Use basic inspection and measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and weld gauges
• Work directly on the shop floor in a demanding, production-driven environment
