About The Position
The VNA Clinical Support Nurse, RN is responsible for managing the daily operational workflow of the Home Health department. This role serves as the central hub for order management, physician communication, supply coordination, and administrative clinical support to ensure smooth and timely patient care delivery. Essential Job Duties: 1. Orders & Physician Communication 2. Daily Workflow Coordination 3. Supply & DME Management 4. Admission & Documentation Support 5. Team Collaboration
Requirements
- Current Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Must be detail oriented and customer service focused.
- One year experience in a health care setting required
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
- Must meet the requirements for employment, including but not limited to, possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance, successful completion of a criminal background report, and post offer physical exam and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred.
- some home care scheduling experience desired.
- Hospice, Home care or geriatric experience preferred.
