About The Position

Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A warm, approachable, and people-focused personality
- Management or supervisory experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support hospice volunteers
- Ensure volunteers are fully prepared to provide compassionate support to patients and families
- Act as a key liaison between volunteers and our interdisciplinary hospice team
- Promote hospice volunteer opportunities throughout the community
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and hospice regulations
- Track, document, and evaluate volunteer participation and performance
