For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.com POSITION SCOPE The Volvo Haul Truck Driver will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of equipment. They will be operating a Volvo Haul Truck and will be hauling wall panels, so tying down loads will be included. Must have experience in steep terrain.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• A valid driver's license
• M.S.H.A. part 46 and/or part 48 or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certification
• Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certification
• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, and rain
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical is required
• Nights and weekend work required

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
• Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
• Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Be a leader in both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, clients, and legislated safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Safety, Safety, Safety comply with all OSHA and all company policies, procedures, and standards of safety
• Perform other duties as assigned
