This executive partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, strengthen internal controls, optimize systems and processes, and build a high-performing accounting organization that supports strategic growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
Active CPA required.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and senior corporate leadership roles.
Experience in a private equity–backed organization strongly preferred.
Experience leading accounting operations in a multinational, multi-entity environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financial transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounting & Reporting: Oversee global accounting operations and the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including meaningful variance analysis and executive-level insights.
Ensure Compliance & Controls: Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable tax regulations; lead external audits and continuously enhance internal controls and financial governance.
Drive Strategic & Operational Excellence: Develop and refine accounting policies, improve financial systems and close processes, and provide forward-looking financial analysis to support business strategy and performance.
Build & Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
