We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically-driven finance and business operations professional to serve as a strategic partner to the Brand organization at one of the world's leading global financial institutions. This role sits within the Brand Strategy Office and is responsible for driving financial discipline, operational excellence, and business resiliency across a large, complex marketing budget. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role. The right person is a skilled financial analyst with deep budget management expertise, expert-level Excel proficiency, and the business acumen to translate complex financial data into clear stories that drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You will work directly with the CBO, CFO, and CMO — and you need to be equally comfortable building a macro from scratch and presenting findings to a C-suite audience. Candidates must bring strong judgment and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. This role manages sensitive information including headcount, budget, and transformation activities across the Brand org. Location: New York City preferred.
