About The Position

This leadership role oversees the strategy, architecture, and execution of the enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, procurement, and integration platforms. You will drive modernization efforts, simplify complex systems, and ensure the organization fully leverages automation, analytics, and AI-ready workflows. The position requires balancing technical rigor with business alignment, providing thought leadership on configuration, integration, and governance. You will collaborate closely with executives, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn enterprise applications into strategic enablers. The role combines hands-on platform expertise with executive influence, offering the opportunity to shape the enterprise nervous system while delivering tangible operational impact. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team, establishing standards for scalability, security, and observability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise applications or digital platforms
  • Deep hands-on expertise with ERP, CRM, procurement, and integration platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, Workato)
  • Proven experience modernizing enterprise application ecosystems and making opinionated architectural decisions
  • Strong skills in integration-first, data-aware enterprise systems design
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Flexible, resilient, and curious, with a collaborative leadership style

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Snowflake Data Cloud integrations, AI-enabled workflows, or regulated/multi-line-of-business environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, procurement, and integration platforms
  • Define reference architectures, integration standards, and configuration principles to reduce redundancy and improve maintainability
  • Optimize adoption and configuration across core platforms to support scale, reporting, and automation
  • Lead integration and automation strategy, implementing reusable, governed, and observable workflows
  • Ensure enterprise systems are analytics- and AI-ready, aligning with data platform initiatives and future-ready architecture
  • Establish governance, security, and compliance standards while maintaining speed and usability
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing applications team, setting expectations for architectural rigor and delivery excellence
  • Partner with business leaders to translate needs into platform strategy and measurable outcomes
