Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product experience strategy for FOX’s DTC streaming platforms
  • Drive innovation in user experiences by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on content discovery, personalization, playback, and experimentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users to inform product decisions and strategic priorities
  • Set the vision for scalable, intuitive, and differentiated experiences across sports, news, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with broader company goals
  • Define and track success metrics to continually improve user engagement and satisfaction
  • Act as a senior product voice in the organization, influencing executive stakeholders and contributing to long-term strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams at the executive level within consumer-facing digital platforms
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovative, personalized user experiences at scale
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and experimentation frameworks
  • Deep expertise in user engagement, UX strategy, and data-informed decision-making
  • Extensive experience overseeing content discovery, search, and playback experiences in media or streaming platforms
  • Background in product design or human-centered design principles
  • Experience building and scaling experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with the nuances of sports, news, and entertainment content ecosystems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive organizational impact
