Key responsibilities include developing new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches, creating technical documentation for related activities, and working with Technology staff in the design of systems to run models developed. Job expectations include having a broad knowledge of financial markets and products. Job Description: This is a front-office, GenAI-focused role, working directly with traders and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. Execute GenAI Reimagine projects in the Mortgages and Muni LOBs where origination/lending and trading businesses co-exist, leveraging GenAI.

Requirements

  • Hands-on programming experience in Python.
  • Strong capabilities in: Generative AI (GenAI) development
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • MCP server integration
  • Advanced prompt engineering
  • Broad knowledge of financial markets and products.
  • Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Conducting quantitative analytics and modeling projects for specific business units or risk types.
  • Developing new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches
  • Creating technical documentation for related activities
  • Working with Technology staff in the design of systems to run models developed.
  • Working directly with traders and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player, working closely with mortgage quants, trading specialists, and other support partners across the organization.
  • Execute GenAI Reimagine projects in the Mortgages and Muni LOBs where origination/lending and trading businesses co-exist, leveraging GenAI.
