The Role: We’re looking for a passionate and curious VP, Head of Alliance Management to join our team. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life-science, business, or related field
Prior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO, CRO or Biopharma companies
Minimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams
Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systems
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Organized, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential information
Experience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction, matrixed environment

Nice To Haves

MS in life sciences field preferred, MBA preferred
Familiar with working in an international environment a benefit
Experience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
Process Development / CMC experience a plus

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Alliance Managers / Proposal Managers function
Responsible for Just-Evotec Biologics portfolio of customer projects, driving consistent execution via robust and scalable processes.
Proactively develop mechanism for systematic collection of customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
Responsible for implementing project execution process improvement, drive best practices for timeline estimates, project budgets and financial forecasts to support team with the help of PM function
Continually improve project execution forecasts, models, and decision-making tools
Advise management on capacity for new work and potential resource bottlenecks
Provide analysis and visualization of portfolio scenarios to enable decision making
Assist Finance team with forecasting and revenue projections
Improve business procedures and workflow for ensure compliance with policies
Recruit and develop staff to meet the needs of a growing company
