The Vice President, HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition, Retail is a senior people leader responsible for shaping and delivering a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience across Sephora’s retail organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor to Retail leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities to attract, develop, engage, and retain top retail talent. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent & HR, this role leads the Retail HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, driving enterprise-level HR initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enable organizational transformation, and support business performance. As a trusted partner to senior retail leaders, the VP oversees a team of 34 ensuring people strategies are scalable, data-informed, and deeply connected to the needs of employees and the business.
