Requirements

  • 10+ years of Human Resources and Training experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experienced in all 5 Human Resource disciplines.
  • Skilled in advanced conflict resolution, giving material presentations, and resolving issues impacting multiple departments or divisions.
  • Ability to motivate or influence others, with a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree, formal certifications and or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the strategic planning, management of human resources and staff development initiatives across the financial institution.
  • Oversight of employee development and training program, recruitment, employee benefits, payroll and HR compliance functions.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to align HR and Training goals with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze training needs enterprise wide.
  • Review HR and training metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Administer the Credit Union's compensation plan, annual merit increase, performance planning and review programs.
