Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, cross‑functional marketing, communications, or enterprise programs with high executive visibility.
  • Proven ability to establish governance, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Strong program management expertise, including planning, risk management, dependency mapping, and executive‑level reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program manager for larger, cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch. Establish clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership in partnership with the program owner and senior leaders, ensuring initiatives move forward with defined governance and accountability.
  • Translate approved priorities into integrated execution plans that align timelines, workstreams, and channel teams. Proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies, escalating issues early to maintain momentum and delivery confidence across high‑visibility initiatives.
  • Facilitate program kickoffs, ongoing status forums, and key decision checkpoints. Track progress, risks, and issues centrally, ensuring work remains aligned to agreed‑upon objectives, scope, and delivery commitments. Apply disciplined governance to keep senior stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Deliver consistent, executive‑ready reporting focused on progress, delivery, and outcomes — not just activity. Partner with Data & Analytics teams as needed to ensure visibility into performance and results, and capture learnings to inform future planning and prioritization cycles.
  • Apply, evolve, and reinforce a common program management playbook for priority initiatives. Ensure programs follow a consistent structure so teams know what to expect, enabling scale, predictability, and confidence across the organization.
