Responsible for Logix Federal Credit Union’s strategy, architecture, design and operations for the enterprise network, voice and telecom, technical support, field support, and core banking. In-depth knowledge of cloud, computer, storage, operating systems, application connectivity, workstation and mobile devices, and communications technology. Directs the Network Management team, Technical Support team, and Field Support team to architect, design, deploy, and operate Logix systems and to provide the best possible service for LFCU employees and members. Directs the Credit Union’s core banking and database management systems.
