About The Position

Atria is looking for an exceptional VP of Communication to communicate Atria’s unique position in the health care landscape as an integrated ecosystem that bridges precision prevention, personalized interventions, and academic research. Reporting to the Chief Content Officer and working in close partnership with our Chief Executive Officer, this individual will become one of Atria's most important storytellers — someone who understands our story, mission, and vision deeply enough to compellingly represent us in any room, to any audience. You will execute Atria’s strategic media strategy, identifying and securing the right opportunities for Atria and our physicians through your meaningful relationships with legacy and emerging media. A demonstrated record securing high-impact coverage is a must. Communications at Atria spans media relations (earned and otherwise), brand management, thought leadership, and crisis communications. This role requires someone who can thrive in our startup environment, where we move quickly and collaboratively. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who will treat our brand with exceptional care, who understands the nuances of our story, and who appreciates our unique position in the preventive health care landscape. You will represent us thoughtfully and authentically, working closely with our Chief Content Officer to ensure seamless coordination between our editorial brand voice and where and how Atria shows up in the world. This position is suited to someone who approaches media relations as relationship building rather than message broadcasting.

You will become the trusted source for media professionals seeking expert physician commentary on emerging health care trends and scientific developments.
  • Secure high-quality placements for Atria and our physicians and leadership with an emphasis on consistent messaging and impact vs. volume.
  • Collaborate closely with our CCO, VP Content, and Director of Content Operations to align external communications with our editorial calendar and content initiatives.
  • Manage brand reputation and serve as the primary coordinator for our leadership team. You will prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry panels, ensuring consistent and compelling representation of our mission and values.
