We’re scaling our business, and seeking the VP, Global Sales who will build the sales structure, operations, and team for our scaling organization. This person will lead eSentio’s global revenue growth strategy and oversee all aspects of business development, sales operations, and client acquisition. As a key member of the executive team, this role will define and implement the firm’s go-to-market strategy, manage a growing team of business development professionals, and ensure sales performance aligns with the company’s broader business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive builder and strategist with experience selling professional services into large law firms, a strong grasp of the legal technology landscape, and a track record of successfully managing enterprise sales teams and growing new business lines. Every member of the eSentio team is a professional and is expected to proactively manage their own work outcomes and quality, while collaborating across the organization.
