We're ready to build a real sales engine — and we need the right leader to own it. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the field closing deals while simultaneously building the structure, team, and playbooks that will drive growth for years to come. What Success Looks Like In your first year, you'll have a handle on our existing customers, a clear view of where new logo opportunities live, and early wins on the board. You'll be building structure as you go — not waiting until everything is perfect to start selling. Over time, you'll grow into a full CRO-level leader with a team behind you. Requirements

  • A proven closer who can also build — you need both, not just one
  • Experience selling in a managed service provider (MSP) or IT services environment is strongly preferred
  • Someone who gets genuinely energized by a tight-knit team and hands-on culture
  • Low ego, high accountability — you'll own results, good and bad
  • A builder mindset: you see a blank page as an opportunity, not a problem

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a scalable, professional growth function from the ground up
  • Hunt and close new business yourself — this is a player/coach role, not a pure manager role
  • Build out sales process, compensation plans, metrics, and playbooks from the ground up
  • Develop and grow a BDR team and broader sales organization over time
  • Partner closely with marketing and operations to run coordinated growth campaigns
  • Serve as the CEO's right-hand on all things growth and revenue strategy
