About The Position

The Vice President of Integration is responsible for leading enterprise-wide M&A integration efforts across Loenbro’s rapidly growing portfolio of businesses. This executive will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for integrating processes, systems, and operations across existing business units while ensuring newly acquired companies are successfully incorporated into Loenbro’s operating model. This role plays a critical part in supporting Loenbro’s continued growth by ensuring the organization operates as a cohesive and scalable enterprise. The VP of Integration will partner closely with IT and business leaders to perform target due diligence and support process evaluation and improvement initiatives while owning the planning, coordination, and successful execution of integration efforts across the company. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has deep experience leading complex integration initiatives, large-scale change management, and post-merger integrations within construction, industrial services, or similar field-based industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, process improvement, integration, or transformation roles or large scale change management roles
  • Proven experience leading complex post-acquisition Integrations or enterprise Integration Initiatives
  • Experiencing working cross-functionally with IT and business leaders on enterprise system Implementations or Integrations.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross functional teams and large organization Initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale changes across multi-location or field-based organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, industrial services, energy, or field service industries.
  • Experience working within high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting ERP or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Background In operational integration with decentralized organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of all post-acquisition integration activities.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized integration playbook to support the onboarding of newly acquired companies.
  • Lead the coordination of integration efforts across functional areas including operations, finance, HR, and IT.
  • Partner with executive leadership and deal teams during due diligence to evaluate operational and integration considerations.
  • Ensure new acquisitions are successfully incorporated into Loenbro’s systems, processes, and operating structure.
  • Translate the M&A due diligence to a plan of action and aligned with the VP of Transformation to align on plans for migration/integration.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise roadmap for integrating processes, systems, and operations across Loenbro’s existing business units.
  • Identify integration priorities that align with Loenbro’s strategic growth objectives and operational goals.
  • Ensure integration efforts support operational consistency while maintaining the strengths of individual business units, aligning to future and inflight initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure integration initiatives are aligned with company strategy.
  • Partner closely with IT leadership to support the evaluation and improvement of systems and operational processes.
  • Ensure successful coordination and implementation of M&A system integrations across business units.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new enterprise platforms by aligning integration plans with operational workflows and field requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and operational leaders to ensure technology integrations are implemented effectively.
  • Lead enterprise integration rollouts, ensuring effective coordination and adoption across a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Develop change management strategies that support clear communication, training, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure successful implementation of integration initiatives in field environments.
  • Lead and develop the team responsible for enterprise integration and acquisition onboarding.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability for integration initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement within the integration team.
