Requirements

  • Proven revenue driver 3+ years of hands-on experience growing sales, conversions, or revenue in a DTC, affiliate, or field sales environment.
  • AI-native mindset You dont just know about AI toolsyou use them daily to move faster and think bigger.
  • Product page obsession Youve personally improved e-commerce conversion rates and can talk specifics about what you changed and why it worked.
  • Builder mentality You dont wait for instructions. You identify opportunities, move fast, and figure things out.

Nice To Haves

  • Channel versatility Experience with affiliate programs, D2D sales models (solar, pest, or similar), or network marketing is a strong plus.
  • Metabolic health enthusiasm Genuine curiosity about science-backed supplementation and the metabolic health space. Biohackers welcome.

Responsibilities

  • DTC & E-Commerce Revenue Drive measurable improvements to product pages, funnel performance, and customer acquisition. You own the numbers from click to close.
  • Field & Distributor Enablement Equip our global distributor network with the tools, campaigns, and assets they need to sell more effectively and recruit better.
  • Affiliate & Partner Channels Build and scale partnerships that extend our reach and drive qualified, high-intent traffic.
  • AI-Powered Execution Leverage AI across analytics, content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation to maximize output and speed.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and executive leadership to align sales strategy with company growth objectives.
