About The Position

BM Digital is hiring a VP of Sales – Mid-Market & Enterprise to lead revenue generation and drive expansion into larger, more strategic brand partnerships. You’ll serve as a core member of the executive team and be responsible for architecting the agency’s entire sales function - defining the strategy, building the team, and scaling a repeatable, high-converting sales engine. This role goes beyond team management - you’ll own new business growth, upmarket positioning, and sales-led GTM innovation in North America. You will be expected to bring sophisticated thinking to deal qualification, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment, and personally close high-value enterprise contracts. You’ve led teams in fast-growing B2B service businesses (ideally agencies or consultancies), have experience closing $100K–$5M+ deals, and know what it takes to turn founder-led sales into a world-class sales organization with structure, data, and scale.

Requirements

  • Have 7–15+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Have scaled sales orgs to $20M–$100M+ in service-based, agency, or tech-enabled businesses
  • Are a consultative seller and a world-class closer, able to sell to CMOs, founders, and exec teams
  • Have experience building mid-market and enterprise sales motions with strong outbound/ABM
  • Understand the eCommerce growth stack: media buying, UGC, creative, and influencer flywheels
  • Are deeply analytical and structured, but flexible and entrepreneurial when needed
  • Have a high bar for excellence, deep EQ, and thrive in ownership-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Architect BM Digital’s mid-market and enterprise sales strategy from first principles
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of SDRs, AEs, and Strategic Account Directors
  • Define and enforce a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs and outcome ownership
  • Coach team on consultative selling, deal structure, and complex negotiation frameworks
  • Own all top-line sales metrics and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build outbound and ABM campaigns to acquire high-LTV clients in the $100K–$5M+ ACV range
  • Establish strategic partnerships and referral networks with platforms, agencies, and consultants
  • Drive expansion opportunities within key accounts and improve sales velocity across stages
  • Design world-class sales infrastructure using HubSpot, Gong, and advanced reporting stacks
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to build accurate forecasting and deal review processes
  • Create SLAs and lead scoring models for seamless alignment with marketing and strategy teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing to shape demand-gen programs and event activations
  • Inform ICP refinement, offer packaging, and pricing strategy based on market feedback
  • Ensure sales messaging reflects client delivery capabilities and market trends
  • Provide regular GTM insights to Product, Creative, and Client Strategy teams
