The Vice President, People & Organization is a strategic and people-centered leader, with a strong organizational business lens, responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving the company’s human resources strategy that scales effectively with business growth. This role partners closely with executive leadership, and takes steps to ensure the company’s human capital, culture, and leadership capabilities are aligned with its purpose, values, and long-term business objectives. The VP of P&O develops people-related programs and processes to build a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant organization across North America and in other identified growth markets internationally. This role leads the design and execution of a roadmap of strategies that attract, motivate, and retain our diverse team of talent, support our associate’s well-being, and support a best-in-class associate experience, enabling the P&O team to drive organizational success.
