The VP, Revenue Enablement & Demand Generation is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging audience and customer data to develop strategic demand generation programs, improve conversion performance, and increase the value of client engagement across all channels. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, translating data and product capabilities into scalable, client-ready solutions, supporting program design, aligning offerings to client objectives, and actively participating in client conversations to position our capabilities effectively. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Client Success teams, this leader will oversee integrated programs that strengthen client pipeline, enhance campaign performance, and expand revenue opportunities across AI lead tools, lead generation, nurture, and audience activation solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Media or B2B Demand Generation/Lead Generation Company
  • 7+ years in digital marketing, data-driven marketing & lead generation with responsibility for driving revenue growth.
  • Must have experience as a strategic advisor to sales and clients, supporting client calls, enterprise opportunities, and solution development.
  • Proven experience developing and monetizing lead generation and audience intelligence solutions that deliver measurable client ROI and drive revenue growth..
  • Knowledge in marketing automation, AI platforms, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with developing monetized marketing solutions that drive customer ROI.
  • Strong understanding of ABM and intent-based marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the Marketing Solutions Leadership team to influence the overall infrastructure and strategy of the company through active participation with management, management of shared service team, ownership of revenue growth in demand generation area.
  • Oversee Demand Generation team and Demand Generation Reporting, providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure excellence, revenue growth, and successful delivery of client engagement and audience monetization programs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to monetize first-party audience data through lead generation, nurture, and targeted engagement solutions.
  • Own revenue growth strategies and margin optimization for the demand generation scalable growth and long-term profitability.
  • Develop and refine pricing models within demand generation and nurture programs.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to design customized personalized, multi-channel engagement programs aligned to client objectives.
  • Participate in client calls, executive presentations, and strategic account planning to support revenue growth.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, positioning decks, solution frameworks, and ROI-driven value narratives.
  • Train and support sales teams on audience monetization solutions, targeting strategies, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and sales teams to proactively address and resolve client concerns related to lead quality and delivery.
  • Develop renewal strategies focused on demonstrating measurable ROI, improving performance, and involved execution teams within the process.
  • Create and manage relationships with lead partners, data providers, enrichment vendors, and platform partners.
  • Design and scale revenue-generating programs that deliver high-quality MQL and SQL leads aligned to client sales objectives
  • Participation in discussions around integration of first-party and third-party data sources across marketing automation, AI platforms, CDP, analytics, and data platforms.
  • Identify emerging trends in data intelligence, engagement strategy and lead generation.
  • Participate in innovation EB2B working groups where necessary.
