The Vice President of Sales Insights and Planning is responsible for leading the sales analytics team, driving strategic insights that inform sales strategies and optimizing performance across all channels. Leveraging their expertise in business analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, market trends, and sales metrics, they play a critical role in shaping our sales approach and enhancing decision-making processes. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of sales operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This position partners with Sales, IT, Finance, and Marketing leaders, as well as Distributor Partners, to support the organization with insights used to improve results, increase transparency, and optimize performance.
