Requirements

Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
Dependability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment rooted in shared values

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with a positive attitude and welcoming presence
Serve meals efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized dining room before, during, and after service
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
Prepare and stock the salad bar to meet food safety and freshness standards
Answer questions about daily menus and provide support during special meals or events
