Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using hospital information systems and standard office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay messages promptly
Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ward’s administrative areas
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and workflow
Monitor and restock office supplies and patient materials
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations at all times
