About The Position

A warehouse located in Carrollton, TX is seeking to hire an Warehouse Admin/CSR Monday - Friday 7am-5pm $20 per hour This position is NOT entry level and requires related experience

Requirements

• At least 6 months to a year of related experience.
• Computer skills required: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar
• Ability to operate computers, copier/scanner, fax machine

Responsibilities

• Receives requests/inquiries from customers and provides information regarding products, pricing, orders, returns and payments by phone, email or in person
• Coordinates supporting activities with other departments from the beginning of the order process all the way through to order completion
• Maintains and orders supplies for the office and warehouse on a weekly basis, coordinates with management on departmental supply needs
• Assists Branch Manager with calendar and/or schedule maintenance and assists / facilitates office functions
