SumUp is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Supply Chain Lead to join the SumUp team in the Boulder, Colorado office. You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in complex environments where accuracy, speed, and cross-functional collaboration are critical. You know how to build structure, strengthen controls, and create scalable processes that support regional growth while reducing risk and inefficiencies. You are confident in managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory and procurement workflows, and using systems and reporting to drive better decisions. You communicate clearly, work well across teams, and translate operational priorities into action. Above all, you are a proactive leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and continuously improving operations. What you’ll do: Lead Warehouse and Supply Chain operations for the North America region (US, Canada, and Mexico), ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient inbound and outbound flows, and reliable order integrations. Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce operational losses by implementing stronger operational controls, governance frameworks, and automated processes. Own and optimize procurement processes for devices and operational materials, balancing cost, quality, and lead time while ensuring stock availability across the region. Manage supplier relationships, including vendor performance monitoring, pricing negotiations, and SLA management to support operational efficiency. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure logistics readiness for product launches, demand planning, and regional growth initiatives. Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve operational visibility and support strategic decision-making. Lead or support operational improvement projects using a data-driven approach, identifying root causes of operational challenges and implementing scalable solutions. Translate logistics strategy into actionable operational plans, providing clear communication of priorities, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders. Develop and guide a small team supporting warehouse, supply chain, and procurement operations across North America.
