WE LOVE OUR WORK. The warehouse assistant manager is responsible for overseeing the storeroom and controlling food and beverage inventory.

Requirements

  • Must be age 21
  • HS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all received products are checked for weights, temperature, and quality
  • Orders daily part of all products
  • Controls food and beverage inventory
  • Maintains storeroom clean and organized
  • Conducts monthly inventory of product and reports to Casino Controller
  • Coordinates with the accounting department on all storeroom audits
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests that follow the guidelines of the customer service program
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Adhere to departmental quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company’s System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Work within the guidelines established by Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casino Aurora
