About The Position

As a retail team member, the Warehouse Coordinator/Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting centralized warehouse operations by receiving, processing, organizing inventory, and delivering merchandise to multiple store locations. This individual ensures accurate handling of inbound shipments, maintains organized storage systems, and executes timely daily replenishment deliveries. In addition, the role requires maintaining accurate inventory records in the Inventory Management System and providing communication support between warehouse and retail staff. The home base for this position is at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center warehouse located at 8125 Monetary Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33404.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to
  • Ability to lift 50 and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across warehouse and retail teams.
  • Strong Organizational skills and a record of accomplishment of follow
  • Commitment to corporate sustainability, ocean conservation, and the mission of the Center.

Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound shipments (primarily UPS/FedEx), verify against packing slips, and scan into Receiving Log.
  • Organize products into warehouse racks and bins by type, location, and popularity, with clear staging for outbound deliveries.
  • Prepare and stage daily replenishment orders based on reports and store
  • Load delivery van, follow established route schedules, and deliver merchandise to multiple store locations (Loggerhead Marinelife Center, Juno Beach Pier, Manatee Lagoon, and Cox Science Center) in a timely manner.
  • Operate company vehicles safely, following all traffic laws, and organizational standards for driving behavior.
  • Pick up empty bins on each route and return them to the warehouse for
  • Maintain accurate logs for receiving, transfers, and
  • Ensure stock levels meet minimum requirements at each location and support replenishment for best sellers.
  • Assist with cycle counts, annual inventory processes, and non-store item handling (e.g., office or basement deliveries).
  • Maintain organization of staging areas, racks, and stock zones to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with retail staff to confirm delivery accuracy and respond to urgent requests.
