Warehouse Associate / Driver
About The Position
We are looking to add a new Warehouse Associate / Driver to our Operations department at our Green Bay headquarters. This position is entry level and we will teach you how to do this role to ensure you are successful. This role is great for someone who is looking for a company to learn & grow with (we promote from within!), likes to stay active, is able to work on their feet & lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis as needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and prioritizes accuracy and productivity and enjoys the work hard play hard atmosphere. This is a full-time position with a set schedule of 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays required. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.
- Must possess a valid FedMed Card or be willing/able to obtain prior to employment by taking a DOT Physical (arranged for and paid for by us).
- Must be willing/able to obtain valid forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener
- Familiarity of delivery territory
- Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations –NetSuite hardware/software.
- Must make safety a priority.
- Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.
- Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
- Must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
