Weimer Bearing seeks a full-time warehouse associate/hose assembler responsible for general warehousing activities and hydraulic hose assembly, hose kits and general fluid conveyance assemblies at our Loves Park/Rockford, Illinois location. We are looking for a team player with mechanical aptitude to work with our current team to provide quality, on-time production and delivery. We have state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, welcoming environment!

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong orientation toward company policies, quality and safety
• Must be able to lift product in excess of 55lbs

Nice To Haves

• Have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Have problem-solving abilities
• Be a team player with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Use of hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap and kit hose assemblies
• Communicate with production supervisor
• Assist in inventory management
• Recognition of different hydraulic fittings, hose types and sizes by sight
• Shipping & Receiving duties
• Forklift operation
• Other projects as assigned
