About The Position

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associate I team members to support distribution center operations in a regulated warehouse environment. This role involves handling, preparing, and processing pharmaceutical or medical related products while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position requires individuals who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lift heavy materials, and remain on their feet for extended periods while supporting daily operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand English for product identification, shelf labeling, and order documentation.
  • Basic mathematical skills required for counting and order verification.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred for warehouse systems and data entry tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Ability to lift between 40 and 75 pounds due to cooler and product weights.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling of materials.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated environments for rotating periods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspection, and aggregated serialization of products.
  • Work periodically in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 24 degrees. Employees will rotate in and out of the cooler throughout the shift. Personal protective equipment is provided by the facility.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and complete warehouse transactions.
  • Palletize shipments and prepare outbound orders for distribution.
  • Utilize warehouse tools including Klever cutters and tape guns.
  • Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and working with rolling carts.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently while working within a team environment.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in received shipments.
  • Store inventory in appropriate warehouse locations and rotate stock to maintain proper inventory flow.
  • Pick customer orders by retrieving items from shelves and placing them into totes for packing and shipment.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and outbound shipping processes.
  • Process returned merchandise and perform required data entry before returning items to inventory.
  • Conduct cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies when needed.
  • Support inventory control procedures and physical inventory activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with daily cleaning tasks throughout the warehouse facility.
  • Perform down stacking and material handling tasks as required.
