Job Summary: Responsible for processing customer and internal returns as well as supporting achievement of Department Goals

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ work experience in the warehouse/distribution environment
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Must have responsible work habits with an emphasis on safety.
  • Demonstrated skill in organization, and communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and warehouse systems.
  • Good attendance is required
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Carefully checking the condition of returned goods for damage, defects, missing parts, or signs of use/wear to determine eligibility for refund, exchange, resale, refurbishment, or disposal.
  • Using warehouse management software or inventory systems to log returns, update stock levels, and track processing status.
  • Unpacking shipments, scanning items, and verifying them against the original order details (e.g., matching item, quantity, and return reason).
