About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse shipping or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Verify accuracy of shipping orders and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain organized shipping area and ensure cleanliness.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Track shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
