About The Position

This opportunity is responsible for offering support in a variety of areas around our distribution center, Monday through Friday. Picking product, packing product into boxes, assembling products and boxes are a few of the typical tasks that this role will perform. The preferred hours for this shift are 10:30 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with computers
Ability to lift up to 20lbs on a consistent basis. Up to 50lbs occasionally.
Ability to be detail oriented
Ability to work weekends during 4th quarter busy season.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently pick items from batches.
Become knowledgeable and able to work in NetSuite.
Properly stock inventory to coordinate with assigned shelves.
Work collectively with other departments in the distribution center to ensure that all daily responsibilities are fulfilled.
Work effectively with the distribution center management to eliminate problem areas, notifying management of any mechanical or material issues.
Identify and suggest improvements within the distribution center work processes.
Keep area clean, swept, and picked up.
Positively represent Baudville in all communications.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by department supervisor.
